Kuttnauer, owner of Evanescent Tattoo, set up a booth about 1 p.m. Wednesday along Quay Street in downtown Port Huron. By 3 p.m., she had been doing steady business giving airbrush tattoos in the parking lot of Carlos Hairport. Keith Webster, 8, of Port Huron was her second customer, getting a Batman tattoo. 'I just thought it would be cool,' Keith said. Kuttnauer will be open through Friday night."
